What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-night trial on all mattresses and a 30-day return policy for other products. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please see our full return policy in the "Shipping & Returns" tab.

Bed Questions

What sizes do your beds come in?

Our beds are available in all standard sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California King. Some models also come in European sizes upon request. Please check individual product pages for specific size availability.

Do your beds require a box spring?

Most of our beds are designed to work with our adjustable bed bases and don't require a traditional box spring. However, some models may benefit from a foundation for additional support. Check the product specifications or consult with our customer service team for recommendations.

How do I assemble my new bed?

All our beds come with detailed assembly instructions and all necessary hardware. Most beds can be assembled by two people in about 30-60 minutes. We also offer professional assembly services in select areas for an additional fee.

What materials are your beds made from?

We use high-quality materials including solid wood (oak, walnut, and maple), engineered wood with veneers, metal frames, and upholstered options with premium fabrics. Each product page lists the specific materials used in construction.

Bed Base Questions

What types of bed bases do you offer?

We offer several types of bed bases: traditional box springs, platform beds, adjustable bases, slatted bases, and storage bases. Our adjustable bases come with features like massage functions, USB ports, and programmable positions.

Are your bed bases compatible with all mattresses?

Most of our bases work with all mattress types (memory foam, latex, hybrid, innerspring), but some adjustable bases may not be suitable for very thick mattresses. We recommend checking the specifications or contacting us for compatibility questions.

Do adjustable bases require special assembly?

Our adjustable bases come partially assembled and typically require two people for setup. The process involves attaching the legs, connecting the power cord, and syncing the remote (if applicable). Detailed instructions are included with each unit.

What is the weight capacity of your bed bases?

Weight capacities vary by model: standard bases typically support 500-700 lbs, while heavy-duty models can accommodate up to 1,200 lbs. Please refer to the product specifications for exact weight limits.

Do your dressing tables come with mirrors?

Most of our dressing tables include mirrors, with options for fixed or adjustable tilt mirrors. Some models offer illuminated mirrors with LED lighting. Check individual product descriptions for specific mirror details.

What storage options are available?

Our dressing tables feature various storage solutions including drawers, open shelves, hidden compartments, and jewelry organizers. Some models offer customizable drawer dividers for personalized organization.

Are the dressing tables easy to assemble?

Yes, all dressing tables come with clear assembly instructions and necessary hardware. Assembly typically takes 30-90 minutes depending on the model. We recommend having two people for easier assembly.

What materials are used in your dressing tables?

We use premium materials including solid wood (oak, walnut, cherry), MDF with wood veneers, tempered glass, and metal accents. The table tops are treated with scratch-resistant finishes for durability.

Shipping & Return Questions

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) for $49, expedited shipping (2-3 business days) for $99, and white glove delivery with setup for $199. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery times may vary by location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We're working to expand our international shipping options in the future. Please check back for updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items (100 nights for mattresses). Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for defective items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer in-home setup and old furniture removal?

Yes, our white glove delivery service includes professional assembly and setup of your new furniture, as well as removal of old furniture (up to 2 pieces) for proper disposal. This service is available in most metropolitan areas for an additional fee.
